Once applied to the substrate, it forms a weather-resistant silicone resin. A special feature of this wall paint is its highly hydrophobic (water-repellent) nature, while the paint layer is highly vapour-permeable. The unique combination of binders ensures that the wall paint absorbs almost no moisture and allows moisture in the substrate to evaporate, resulting in three unique product benefits that are characteristic of Azet Pictormat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e1. The facade barely gets wet and therefore dries very quickly after a rain shower, so that algae, moss and fungi have almost no chance of developing.\u003cbr\u003e2. Facades treated with Azet Pictormat stay clean for longer. The special surface texture of the wall paint ensures that dirt particles and water droplets hardly adhere to the facade. Raindrops roll like pearls down the facade and take the dirt particles with them.\u003cbr\u003e3.
