The OTIUM Flora Plank Dryback Ultra Mat is a high-quality glue-down PVC floor with a warm, dark blonde oak appearance. The natural wood design combined with the ultra-matte finish creates a calm and modern look that fits perfectly with various interior styles.

Thanks to the embossed-in-register surface texture, the tactile structure precisely follows the wood grain of the design. This gives the PVC floor a particularly realistic wood look. The Micro 4V bevel around each plank emphasizes the plank size and contributes to the natural appearance of the floor.

This Dryback version is glued directly to a suitable, level subfloor. This ensures that the floor lies tight and stable and allows you to benefit from a very low thermal resistance. Installation

This Dryback PVC floor is fully glued down on a suitable subfloor. For the best final result, the subfloor must be level, dry, clean, and stable. Depending on the existing subfloor, leveling may be necessary before the floor is glued down.

Pay attention to the direction of the planks when laying them. The planks must be placed in the same direction as indicated by the arrow on the back to prevent visual color differences.

Maintenance

The OTIUM Flora Plank Dryback Ultra Mat is easy to maintain. Regular vacuuming and cleaning with a slightly damp mop is generally sufficient for daily maintenance.

Preferably use a cleaning agent suitable for PVC floors and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products.
