10732 | OTIUM PVC Flora Plank SPC Rigid Ultra Mat - 2,197m²

Price per m²: €42.95

The OTIUM Flora Plank SPC Rigid Ultra Mat is a high-quality click PVC floor with a natural dark blonde oak appearance. The wide planks, realistic wood texture and ultra-matte finish create a calm and modern floor that is barely distinguishable from real wood.

Thanks to the strong SPC Rigid construction, the floor is highly stable and suitable for intensive daily use. The Flora Plank is installed as a floating floor and features a practical Droplock/dropdown click system, making the floor easy and efficient to install.

The embossed-in-register surface texture accurately follows the wood decor. This means that the wood grain is not only visible, but also tactile. The Micro 4V bevel around each plank emphasizes the plank size and gives the floor a natural appearance.

The floor is 100% waterproof and suitable for both underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. In addition, the floor consists of approximately 30% recycled material and is fully recyclable.

With use class 23 for domestic use and class 34 for commercial use, this PVC floor is resistant to intensive loads. This makes the Flora Plank suitable not only for homes, but also for various commercial applications.

Installation

The OTIUM Flora Plank is installed as a floating floor with the Droplock/dropdown click system. The floor already features an integrated underlay.

The click PVC floor can be installed directly on a suitable moisture barrier. When additional impact sound insulation is required, for example with a 10 dB requirement, a suitable underlay must be applied.

Maintenance

The OTIUM Flora Plank is easy to maintain. Regular vacuuming and cleaning with a slightly damp mop is generally sufficient to keep the floor clean and beautiful.

For periodic cleaning, preferably use a suitable maintenance or cleaning product for PVC floors.
