Installation

The OTIUM Denali Tile SPC Rigid Ultra Mat is installed as a floating floor using a user-friendly click system. Thanks to the integrated underlay, a separate underlay is no longer required in many situations. Allow the floor to acclimatize in the room where it will be laid for at least 48 hours before installation. Ensure a flat, dry, and stable subfloor for an optimal result.

Maintenance

The floor is easy to keep clean by vacuuming or sweeping regularly. For periodic cleaning, a suitable PVC floor cleaner is recommended. Avoid harsh cleaning products and use felt pads under furniture to extend the life of the floor.
