The OTIUM Hibiscus Plank SPC Rigid is a strong and easy-to-maintain click PVC floor with a natural wood appearance. The plank has a matte finish and a tactile wood texture, giving the floor a warm and realistic appearance.

Thanks to the SPC Rigid construction, the floor is dimensionally stable and easy to install as a floating floor. The integrated underlay provides extra comfort and makes the floor extremely quiet. The Droplock/dropdown click system ensures practical and quick installation.

With a total thickness of 5.2 mm and a strong wear layer of 0.55 mm, the Hibiscus is suitable for intensive use. The Micro 4V bevel around the planks highlights each individual plank and contributes to the natural appearance of the floor.

The floor is also highly water-resistant and excellently suited for both underfloor heating and underfloor cooling.

Application

The OTIUM Hibiscus Plank SPC Rigid is suitable for various rooms in the home, such as the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and hallway. Due to its high usage class, this PVC floor can also be used in heavily used rooms.

Thanks to its highly water-resistant properties, the floor is also a practical choice for rooms where moisture plays a greater role.

The low thermal resistance of 0.050 m²K/W makes the Hibiscus particularly suitable for use in combination with underfloor heating and underfloor cooling.

Installation

The OTIUM Hibiscus is installed as a floating floor using a Droplock/dropdown connection. This means the floor does not need to be fully glued to the subfloor.

The floor features an integrated underlay. For a good final result, the existing subfloor must be level, clean, dry, and sufficiently stable.

Maintenance

The OTIUM Hibiscus SPC Rigid is easy to maintain. Regular vacuuming and, if necessary, cleaning with a slightly damp mop is usually sufficient.

For periodic maintenance, preferably use a cleaning agent specifically designed for PVC floors.
