The OTIUM Himalaya Tile Dryback is a stylish PVC tile with a rugged anthracite concrete look. The deep dark color and natural stone texture give the floor a robust and modern appearance. This makes the Himalaya an excellent choice for a variety of interior styles, from industrial and modern to minimalist.
This Dryback PVC floor is fully bonded to the subfloor. This ensures a tight and stable installation and creates very low thermal resistance. This makes the OTIUM Himalaya particularly suitable for homes with underfloor heating and cooling.
The natural stone texture and Micro 4V beveling enhance the character of the tile and create a realistic concrete look. At the same time, PVC offers more comfort than a genuine stone or concrete floor: the material feels warmer, is sound-absorbing, and is easy to maintain.

Application
The OTIUM Himalaya Tile Dryback is a versatile PVC floor suitable for living rooms, kitchens, hallways, bedrooms, and more. Thanks to its high usage class, the floor can also be used in heavily trafficked areas.
Its waterproof properties also make the Himalaya an attractive choice for areas where moisture is frequently present. The anthracite concrete look provides a striking foundation and pairs well with wood tones, light-colored walls, and modern furniture.
Underfloor heating and cooling
With a thermal resistance of just 0.017 m²K/W, this Dryback PVC floor is particularly suitable for use with underfloor heating. Because the floor is bonded directly to the subfloor, heat can be transferred efficiently.
The floor is also suitable for underfloor cooling.
Installation
The OTIUM Himalaya is a Dryback PVC floor and must be fully bonded to a suitable, level subfloor. Proper preparation of the subfloor is essential for a flawless finish.
Depending on the existing subfloor, self-leveling may be necessary before the PVC tiles are bonded.
Maintenance
The Himalaya Tile Dryback is easy to maintain. Regular vacuuming and cleaning with a slightly damp mop are usually sufficient for everyday maintenance.
It is best to use a cleaning product suitable for PVC floors and to avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
