Application advice
For optimal results:
- Ensure the substrate is clean, dust- and grease-free
- Remove loose parts and ensure a load-bearing substrate
- For porous substrates, apply a primer (1 part Acryl-W / 2 parts water)
- Apply the sealant evenly in the joint
- Finish smoothly with water
Important:
The correct joint dimensions are essential:
- Up to 10 mm: ratio 1:1 (minimum 5 mm deep/wide)
- Wider than 10 mm: width ÷ 3 + 6 mm = joint depth
Tip:
Always finish joints neatly within the skin formation time to prevent cracking and irregularities.
