AZET INTEGRA GLOSS VARNISH PU/AC

Integra Gloss Varnish PU/AC is a water-based topcoat based on a polyurethane/acrylate binder. This topcoat is easy to apply and levels excellently. Integra Gloss Varnish PU/AC is wear- and scratch-resistant and does not yellow.

Application
Integra Gloss Varnish PU/AC is applied indoors to wood, stone, plaster, asbestos cement, and hard plastics treated with a suitable undercoat/primer. On well-adhering old paint layers, Gloss Varnish PU/AC can be applied directly after cleaning and sanding.

Preparation
• Remove poorly adhering old paint layers.
• Clean/degrease the substrate with Azet Expo.
• Rinse with clean water.
• Prime bare areas.
• Sand the substrate to a matte finish and remove all dust.

Application
Stir well before use. The wood must be thoroughly dry before painting. Applying the recommended layer thickness ensures optimal leveling. Always finish the primer/undercoat with 2 coats of Integra Gloss Varnish PU/AC.

Practical information
• Tool cleaning: with soap and water immediately after use.
• Storage: Store frost-free.
• Shelf life: at least 1 year in unopened original packaging.
• Packaging: 1 – 2½ liter cans.
• Color: white and almost all colors via the Azet color mixing system.
• Safety: consult the safety data sheet of Integra Gloss Varnish PU/AC.
