AZET INTEGRA SPRAY SATIN FINISH PU/AC

Integra Spray ZG PU/AC is a water-borne topcoat spray based on a polyurethane/acrylate binder. This topcoat is easy to apply with Air-coat/Air-mix spray equipment. It is abrasion-resistant and non-yellowing.

Application
Apply Integra Spray ZG topcoat for a less environmentally harmful finish to a pretreated substrate of wood, steel, plastic, etc. Apply over old alkyd paint substrates, Integra primer, or Integra adhesion primer.

Pretreatment
• Remove poorly adhering old paint layers.
• Clean/degrease the substrate with Azet Expo.
• Rinse with clean water.
• Prime bare areas.
• Sand the substrate to a matte finish and remove all dust.

Application
Stir well before use. The wood must be thoroughly dry before painting. Applying the recommended film thickness ensures optimal flow. Always finish primer/undercoat with 2 coats of Integra Glanslak PU/AC.

Practical information
• Tool cleaning: with soap and water immediately after use.
• Storage: Store frost-free.
• Shelf life: at least 1 year in unopened original packaging.
• Packaging: 2½-liter cans.
• Color: white and virtually all colors via the Azet color mixing system.
• Safety: consult the safety data sheet for Integra Spray ZG PU/AC.
