AZET TOPCOAT EXTERIOR

Azet Top-Coat Exterior is a water-based wall paint for exterior and interior use, based on 100% pure acrylic. The wall paint layer is vapour-permeable, non-saponifiable, elastic, matt and has a long service life.

Application
Azet Top-Coat Exterior is applied outdoors for decoration and protection on concrete, plaster and masonry surfaces. Azet Top-Coat Exterior can also be applied to previously painted surfaces. Indoors, Azet Top-Coat Exterior is applied as a decorative and easily washable wall paint on various surfaces, such as plaster, fiberglass, decorative plaster, textured paint, etc.

Preparation
• Remove all loose parts and blisters.
• Remove algae and moss and treat the surface with an ‘anti-moss’ agent.
• Clean powdery, dirty and greasy surfaces with Azet Expo.
• Wash down surfaces with so-called ‘scrub-resistant’ wall paint layers until they no longer rub off.
• Repair damage in exterior facades (cracks, damaged joints, etc.) and allow to dry.

Application
Azet Top-Coat Exterior is applied to a dry surface. Prime highly absorbent surfaces and repair areas with Azet Undercoat-W. Finish the surface with 1 or 2 coats of Azet Top-Coat Exterior, depending on the surface and the chosen colour.

• Application conditions: ambient and surface temperature at least 7°C
• Thinner: water
• Application tools: brush, nap roller, dilute max. 5%

Airless spray
– nozzle 0.015” – 0.018”
– pressure at least 150

• Coverage: 6 – 8 m² per litre
• Drying time: after 1 hour
• Overcoating: after 6 hours
• According to EN 13300: Scrub resistance class 1
Hiding power class 1 at a coverage of 7 m² per litre.

Practical information
• Cleaning tools: with water immediately after use.
• Storage: Store frost-free.
• Shelf life: at least 1 year in unopened original packaging.
• Packaging: 1 and 2.5 litre cans – 5 and 10 litre buckets
• Colour: available in more than 10,000 colours with the Azet colour mixing system (check colours before application)
