Bolivia Acrylic Putty Rapid Tube 400gr

Bolivia Acryl Rapid Filler is a very fast-drying water-based repair filler. For filling holes, cracks and unevenness on primed woodwork (indoors), plasterwork, concrete and primed ironwork (indoors and outdoors). Crack-bridging also at larger layer thicknesses up to approx. 1 mm wet layer thickness. Can be sanded after 1-2 hours. Can be overcoated with dispersion paints, acrylic and synthetic resin paints.

APPLICATION

• For filling holes, cracks and unevenness on primed woodwork (indoors), plasterwork, concrete and primed ironwork (indoors and outdoors).
• With Bolivia Acryl Rapid Filler, several layers per day can be applied in a short time (wet on wet) and it sands very well.
• Outdoors, Bolivia Acryl Rapid Filler must be overcoated immediately after drying.

Processing method: filler knife

Cleaning tools: immediately after use with water.

GENERAL TREATMENT
The substrate must be free of dust, dirt and grease. Remove loose parts. First sand down old intact paint layers. For outdoor application: finish immediately after drying.

WOOD TREATMENT
First apply a primer coat to new wood and bare areas and then fill. After drying and sanding, finish with the desired system.

IRON TREATMENT
Apply a good rust-inhibiting primer to iron before filling, then fill. After drying and sanding, finish with the desired system.

CONCRETE / PLASTERWORK TREATMENT
Concrete must be at least 28 days old, treat (highly absorbent) surfaces with a suitable primer. New plasterwork is often still damp, this disrupts drying, therefore let it dry thoroughly first.
