Bolivia Polyester Filling Paste 500gr

Bolivia Polyester Filling Paste was developed for professional repairs requiring a strong, non-shrinking filler that can be finished smoothly. Thanks to its buttery-smooth workability and excellent adhesion, this polyester filling paste is widely applicable to wood, metal, concrete, stone, plastic, and polyester surfaces.

The filling paste cures quickly, sands excellently, and can be applied in thicker layers without risk of cracking. This makes the product ideal for repairing scratches, dents, cracks, screw holes, and other damage.

After curing, it creates a very strong surface that can easily be finished with primer and paint. This makes Bolivia Polyester Filling Paste suitable for both professional painters and tradesmen in construction, renovation, and bodywork.

Application

• Clean, dry, and free the surface from dust, grease, and rust.
• Lightly sand smooth surfaces.
• Mix with approximately 2-4% hardener.
• Only mix the amount that can be worked within 5 minutes.
• Apply with a filler knife.
• Build up multiple layers if necessary.

Application temperature: minimum 5°C.

Consumption

Depending on the size and depth of the repair.

Pot life

3 to 6 minutes, depending on the temperature.

Curing

10 to 40 minutes, depending on the amount of hardener.
