- Roller 20%
- Brush 20%
- Paint pad 20%
- Airless spray 5%
Spray pressure: 175 bar [2500 psi]
Spray tip: 0.019-0.023″
Mixing ratio:
Base 45559 : Curing Agent 95360 (2:1 by volume)
– Stir the base, add the curing agent and mix thoroughly.
– Allow the mixed paint to stand for a few minutes before use so that air bubbles can escape.
NOTE! Do not thin the components separately – only thin the mixture.
Lower paint temperatures may require additional thinning, which will result in a lower film build and slower drying. The product can be applied by spray. Spray data are indicative and subject to adjustment. The pressure is specified for a material temperature of 20°C
Application conditions
– The surface temperature must be above 10°C during application and curing
Relative humidity:
– Relative humidity must be below 85% during drying and curing.
Coverage:
– 8.2 m²/L
Drying time
Surface temperature 20°C – 10°C
Dust dry in hours: 6 – 3
Hard dry in hours: 12 – 6
Fully cured in days: 14 – 7
Ready to polish in hours: – 48
Overcoating
See overcoating table (see Product Data Sheet)
Drying conditions
– To achieve the specified drying time, it is important to maintain adequate ventilation during application, drying and curing.
– Condensation on freshly applied coating must be avoided.
Overcoating details
– If the maximum overcoating interval is exceeded, the surface must be roughened to ensure good adhesion between coats.
– The surface must be clean before overcoating.
