HEMPEL’S NON-SLIP DECK COATING 56251

Hempel's Non-Slip Deck Coating is a fast-drying, semi-gloss acrylic topcoat with fine particles for a non-slip finish. Durable and highly resistant to weathering and wear.

What is it used for?
For use on polyester, wood and steel. For interior and exterior use. For above the waterline.

Keep thinning to an absolute minimum. 

Application conditions
- Avoid condensation by applying to a clean, dry surface with a temperature more than 3°C [5°F] above the dew point.

- Theoretical coverage                     9.2 m²/L

Relative humidity
- Relative humidity must be below 85% during drying and curing.

Notes
- Stir well before use.
- Thinning may be required for proper topcoat formation. Maximum thinning is 5%.

Product compatibility
- Previous coat: Recommended products are: Hempel's Primer Undercoat ; Hempel's Light Primer
- Subsequent coat: None.

Drying conditions
- Condensation on freshly applied coating must be avoided.
- To achieve the stated drying time, it is important to maintain adequate ventilation during application, drying and curing

Other notes
- The surface must be clean before overcoating.

- If the maximum overcoating interval is exceeded, the surface must be roughened to ensure good intercoat adhesion.

Shelf life from date of manufacture, when stored in the original, unopened packaging. Product quality must be checked again after this period. Storage at high temperatures may shorten the shelf life. 

Storage conditions
- The product must be stored in accordance with local regulations, at 5°C [41°F], out of direct sunlight and protected from rain and snow.
