Troton Inter Acrylic Clear Varnish Diamond MS 2:1

Description

2-component acrylic clear coat intended for the overall topcoating of the bodywork. Clear coat creates a hard coating with high gloss and increased scratch resistance SR (scratch resistant). Due to the easy mixing of components without the need to add thinner and the easy application, this is a highly versatile clear coat. The availability of 3 versions of the hardener (standard, fast, slow) makes it possible to work under different temperature conditions.

INCLUDING HARDENER
1 liter of mixture is sufficient to cover a surface of 9 m2 with a layer thickness of 50 μm.

Substrates

Diament MS 2:1 2K acrylic clear coat can be applied over:

• Base coats.
• Existing coatings in good condition after sanding and degreasing.

  Degrease

  Mixing ratio: 2 : 1 + 0 %

  Spray viscosity: 16 ÷ 17s / 20°C

  Pot life: 5 hours / 20°C

  2 coats: HVLP / RP - 1.3 ÷ 1.4 mm

  Between coats: approx. 5 min.
 Before baking: approx. 10 minutes.

 Drying time: 30 min. / 60°C
 5 ÷ 20 min.
