Description

Hardener included

High-quality 2K acrylic primer with anti-corrosion additives. It is a perfectly isolating primer for automotive repairs. Protects perfectly sanded bare metal and isolates difficult surfaces and fillers from topcoats, preventing mapping effects. Thanks to its ideal spread and fast drying time, the primer can be applied wet-on-wet. No sanding required.

Substrates

Wet-on-wet acrylic primer 3:1 can be applied over:

• Steel and aluminum after leveling and degreasing.
• Zinc-coated steel and galvanized steel after leveling and degreasing. S
• ened glass-fiber reinforced polyester laminates (GFK/GRP). P
• body fillers and fillers of oesters
• Epoxy primers.
• Wash primers.
• Old coatings in good condition.

  Wipe down and degrease

  Mixing ratio: 3 : 1 + 20% - 3 : 1 + 35%

  Spray viscosity: ~30s / 20°C - ~17s / 20°C

  Pot life: 40 min. / 20°C

  HVLP / RP: 1 - 2 x 1 ø1.4 lbs 1.6 mm 1.5 x 1 ø1.2 lbs 1.4 mm

  Between coats: 10 min.

  Drying time: 3 hours / 20°C - 20 minutes / 60°C
  Dry sanding: P360 ÷ P500
  Wet sanding: P600 ÷ P1000
