Description
Synthetic resin-based product designed to protect the bodywork against the harmful effects of gasoline, oil, water and salt. Creates a strong, flexible layer for maximum protection against stone chips. Features sound-absorbing and sound-insulating properties. Contains no asphalt or bitumen. Can be overcoated with any acrylic varnish.
Substrates
The product has very good adhesion to various surfaces. It can be applied to:
- Polyester laminates,
- Polyester fillers,
- Epoxy primers,
- 2K acrylic primers,
- Steel substrates,
- Stainless steel substrates,
- Aluminum substrates,
- Zinc-coated substrates,
- Wash primers,
- Plastic.
For plastic, it is recommended to heat the element to 50°C before applying the UBS anti-gravel. This facilitates the removal of silicone from the plastic surface.
Proper surface preparation is essential to achieve the best repair results.
