Troton Master Acrylic Clear Coat C2007 UHS 2:1

2K acrylic clear coat with ultra-high solids content for automotive bodywork repairs. Ideal for full bodywork repair with perfect leveling and high resistance to UV rays and other harmful climatic conditions. The product is ready to use without the addition of thinner, easy to mix and apply.

1 liter is sufficient for 10 ÷ 12 m² of surface area with a film thickness of 50 ÷ 60 μm.

• Base coats.
• Old paint layers in good condition after scuffing and degreasing.

 Mixing ratio: 2 : 1
 Spray viscosity: 18 ÷ 20s / 20°C
 Pot life: 1.5 hours / 20°C
 2 coats HVLP/RP gun: ø1.2 ÷ 1.4 mm
 Between coats: 7 ÷ 8 min.
 Before baking: 15 min.
 Drying time: 30 min. / 60°C
