Fine-grained polyester and epoxy body filler, specially designed for fast car body repairs. Product specially designed for application on galvanized steel. Guarantees maximum adhesion to metal, excellent filling properties and easy processing.

Substrates

Product exhibits very good adhesion to various substrates. It can be applied to:

• Steel and aluminum after matting and degreasing
• Galvanized steel after matting and degreasing
• Sanded fiberglass polyester laminates (GFK/GVK), polyester fillers and fillers, acrylic and epoxy primers, old paint layers in good condition.

Note:  Do not apply body fillers directly to reactive primers, 1-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

  Mixing ratio by weight: 100 : 2

  Working time: 4 ÷ 5 min. / 20°C
  Curing time: 16 ÷ 26 min. / 20°C
  Sanding: P80 ÷ P120 - P120 ÷ P280
