Mipa MP PCS Paint Cup System

The Mipa MP PCS Paint Cup System is a professional cup system for the efficient mixing, spraying, refilling and storing of paint and lacquer. The system was developed for professional spray work and makes it possible to work quickly and cleanly without having to pour the lacquer into another cup every time.

Thanks to the flexible inner cup, spraying can be done in various positions, even above the head. This makes the Mipa MP PCS PaintCupSystem particularly suitable for automotive bodywork, industrial coating applications and other professional spray work.

The lids are equipped with an integrated filter, so that the lacquer is filtered directly during spraying. Depending on the version selected, the system is available with a 125 µm or 190 µm filter. Separate Mipa PCS adapters are available for connection to various common spray guns.

Application

The Mipa MP PCS PaintCupSystem was developed for processing paint and lacquer with a spray gun. The system can be used for, among other things, car lacquering, primers, fillers, clear coats and other suitable coatings.

By mixing paint or lacquer directly in the cup system and spraying it from the same cup, the work process becomes more efficient and the number of parts to be cleaned remains limited.

Use

Mix the desired lacquer in the inner cup and place the corresponding lid with the integrated filter. Attach the cup to the spray gun with the correct PCS adapter.

After spraying, the cup can be sealed with a sealing cap when suitable residual material needs to be stored temporarily. Always follow the processing and storage instructions of the lacquer product used.
