The Mipa MP Abrasive Pad Roll 115 mm x 10 m is a flexible abrasive pad for matting, roughening and preparing various surfaces. The pad is particularly suitable for hard-to-reach areas, curves, edges and other surfaces where traditional sandpaper is less practical.

Thanks to the flexible material, the abrasive pad adapts well to the shape of the surface. The 10-metre roll can easily be cut to the desired length, allowing you to work efficiently and use only what you need.

The Mipa MP Abrasive Pad Roll is available in three different versions, so the right grit can be chosen for every application.

Available variants

Fine – green
Suitable for removing rust and dirt and for sanding oxidized metal.

Very Fine – red
Suitable for matting and sanding surfaces such as unpainted aluminium, zinc, plastic and wood.

Ultra Fine – grey
Suitable for fine sanding of various substrates, 2-component coatings, paint overspray and primers. Also highly suitable for sanding surfaces before top-coating or spraying.

Application

The Mipa MP Abrasive Pad Roll can be used for various preparatory tasks in automotive painting, repair work, industry and painting.

Depending on the version chosen, the abrasive pad is suitable for surfaces such as metal, aluminium, zinc, plastic, wood, existing coating layers, 2K coatings and primers.

Thanks to its flexible structure, the product is particularly practical for contoured surfaces and areas that are difficult to reach evenly with conventional sandpaper.

Use

Choose the correct version for the substrate and desired sanding effect. Cut or tear off the required amount from the roll and sand the surface evenly.

After sanding, carefully remove the dust and clean or degrease the substrate according to the specified coating system before applying the next layer.
