Mipa MP FoamFlex 115 x 125 mm

The Mipa MP FoamFlex 115 x 125 mm is ultra-flexible sandpaper on a lightweight foam backing. Thanks to the flexible foam backing, the abrasive material easily adapts to contours, curves, and other hard-to-reach shapes. This makes FoamFlex ideal for precise manual sanding in applications such as damage repair, bodywork, and paint preparation.

The roll is perforated into individual 115 x 125 mm sheets. One roll is 25 metres long and contains a total of 200 perforated sanding sheets. This makes it easy to tear off a new sheet from the roll while working.

Application

Mipa MP FoamFlex was developed for manual intermediate and final sanding. Thanks to the flexible foam backing, the abrasive material easily follows the shape of the surface.

This makes it particularly suitable for sanding:

The coarser grits are suitable for more aggressive material removal, while the finer grits can be used for finer intermediate and final sanding before further finishing.

Use

Tear a perforated sheet from the roll and use the FoamFlex sandpaper by hand. Applying light, even pressure while sanding allows the flexible foam backing to follow the shape of the substrate effectively.

Choose the grit size based on the substrate, the existing finish, and the desired subsequent processing.
