Azet Quick Finish V2

Azet Quick Finish V2 is a fast-curing, flexible, two-component filler based on a modified epoxy. Azet Quick Finish is easy to mix, shrink-free, stays in place well (even for vertical repairs), is easy to shape and can be smoothed to a neat finish. Once cured, the filler is very easy to sand. Quick Finish can be used without a primer/fixer.

APPLICATION
For interior and exterior use (low-odour and solvent-free)
For high-quality repairs and touching up damage.
• Screw and nail holes,
• Wind cracks,
• Open wood joints,
• Burglary damage,
• Minor wood rot repairs,
• etc..
Suitable substrates include wood, concrete, masonry and metal.

PREPARATION 
• Remove any loose material.
• If necessary, remove plenty of the rotted wood so that only sound wood is visible.
• Sand old paint layers.
• Ensure the substrate is free of dust and grease. 

APPLICATION
A cartridge of Azet Quick Finish contains two components and can therefore be applied using a standard caulking gun.
• Remove the screw cap and the plug at the front of the cartridge.
• Then dispense an amount that you can apply within 5 minutes.
• Thoroughly mix the two components until a uniformly coloured, homogeneous mixture
is obtained.
• Use clean putty or modelling knives and a mixing board.
• Once the components are thoroughly mixed, spread the paste thinly over the
mixing board to maintain the correct open time.
• Then apply the Quick Finish generously to the surface to be repaired and smooth it off flush.
• The repair can be sanded after 30 minutes.
The repair filler can be overpainted with either a water-based or solvent-based paint system.
