The RAPTOR Caliper Enamel was developed to protect brake calipers and give them a high-quality appearance. Thanks to the addition of ceramic resins, this paint is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 500°C. The result: exceptional heat resistance, long-lasting protection and a durable finish. Furthermore, the paint is resistant to impacts, brake dust, liquids and corrosion – ideal for heavily stressed parts.
An additional advantage: RAPTOR Caliper Enamel can be applied directly to metal, without primer, making the application quick and easy.

Application – Step by step

1. Preparation: Carefully clean and degrease the surface. Protect areas that should not be treated.
2. Sanding: Use P180–P220 sandpaper for bare metal and clean the surface again.
3. Shaking & spraying: Shake the spray can for at least 2 minutes. Apply 2–3 thin coats from a distance of approx. 25 cm, allowing 10 minutes between coats.
4. Drying & recoating: Allow to dry for at least 4 hours. For the best result: allow to cure overnight.

Surfaces
The paint has been specially developed for brake calipers and is resistant to high temperatures and brake dust.

Number of coats
For optimal protection, we recommend 2–3 thin coats.

Cleaning the spray can
Hold the spray can upside down and spray until only propellant comes out. This prevents clogging.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C.
