With the Raptor Liner set, you can transform any surface into a durable, scratch-resistant, waterproof and colorfast finish that you will enjoy for years to come. This tough coating effortlessly protects against rust, corrosion, salt, moisture and high temperatures. Ideal for pickups and vehicles with cargo areas that are used intensively.

Thanks to its urethane base, Raptor Liner is completely UV-resistant: your chosen color will always remain intact. Maintenance? No worries! The non-porous finish prevents the coating from absorbing dirt, making cleaning easy – simply use a sponge or chamois.

Raptor Liner is suitable for virtually any surface, such as metal, wood, concrete, brick, plastic and more. Thanks to the Fill-SHAKE-SHOOT® method, you can apply it in three simple steps:

1. Add hardener
2. Shake well (approx. 2 min.)
3. Connect to the spray gun and apply

The result? A tough, waterproof layer that will last for years.

Set contents (U-POL Raptor Liner)

• 4 x 711 ml Raptor Liner (choice of color)
• 1 x 946 ml Hardener
• 1 x Measuring cup

• Base Coat 400ml
  (1 bottle Raptor Liner + 100ml base coat)
• Raptor Liner Spray Gun (with standard rough texture)

Raptor Liner can be either sprayed or rolled, giving you the freedom to choose the finish and texture you want.

You can easily color this colorable Raptor Liner yourself by adding any RAL colorant. We recommend adding 100ml of colorant per liter.

Preparation in 4 steps

1. Sand the surface
2. Degrease
3. Apply the first coat
4. Allow to dry
