INCLUDES HARDENER
High-quality multifunctional 2-component acrylic primer with anti-corrosion additives. Thanks to the use of advanced technology and high-quality ingredients, the product has a very wide range of applications. It works perfectly as a filling undercoat and as an isolating primer. It can be applied directly to metal and offers excellent corrosion protection for areas sanded down to bare steel. It isolates difficult substrates and seals off fillers very well from paint layers, protecting them against the so-called mapping effect. An additional advantage of the primer is the possibility of applying it “wet-on-wet”; sanding is not necessary.
By mixing the 3 available primer colors in the correct proportions, you can obtain 2 additional colors, allowing you to work across the full spectrum of the gray system and select the recommended primer color for the intended base paint color.

Substrates
The multifunctional acrylic primer DTM PRIMER SEALER can be applied directly to:
- Steel and aluminum after matting and degreasing.
- Galvanized steel and galvanized steel after matting and degreasing.
- Sanded fiberglass-polyester laminates (GFK/GVK).
- Polyester body fillers and fillers.
- Epoxy primers.
- Wash primers.
- Old paint layers in good condition after matting and degreasing.
Proper surface preparation is essential to achieve the best repair results.
Important information
Degreasing
Mixing ratio: 4 : 1 + 5 ÷ 10%
Spray viscosity: 30 ÷ 40s / 20°C
Pot life of the mixture: 15 min / 20°C
1÷2 coats: HVLP / RP - ø1.6 ÷ 2.0 mm
Between coats: approx. 5 minutes Before baking: ~ 10 min.
Drying time: 2 ÷ 3 hours / 20°C - 20-30 min. / 60°C
Dry sanding: P360 ÷ P500
Wet sanding: P600 ÷ P1000
