WIJZONOL LBH SDT ULTRA HIGH GLOSS PAINT

The Wijzonol LBH SDT Ultra High Gloss Paint is a high-gloss topcoat with very long exterior durability and optimal gloss retention, based on siliconized alkyd resin. It is suitable for maintenance systems where high demands are placed on the lifespan of paint systems.

What is it used for?
Exterior
As a topcoat on pretreated wood, metal and plastic.

Colors: All colors via the Wijzonol ALK color mixing system
Packaging: 0.5L – 1L – 2.5L

Application

– Thinning: Ready to use, if necessary thin sparingly with turpentine or white spirit.
Stir well before use and do not thin more than necessary.
– Application: Brush, Roller, Spray gun
A paint roller gives a beautiful result on large surfaces.
– Tool/equipment cleaning: Turpentine
– Application temperature/relative humidity: Min. 5 °C ambient and substrate temperature, max. 85 % relative humidity
– Check product and color before use.
– Store cool and frost-free.

Regular cleaning promotes the durability of the paint system and the substrate.

– Binder: Siliconized alkyd resin
– Pigment: High-quality pigments and fillers
– Density at 20 °C: Approx. 1.14 kg/dm3
– Viscosity at 20 °C: Approx. 85 K.U.
– Solid content: Approx. 65% by volume
– Film thickness: 50 micrometers dry film thickness (= approx. 77 micrometers wet film thickness)
– Drying time: Drying time (20 °C / 65 % relative humidity):
Dust dry after approx. 2 hours;
Tack-free after approx. 3 hours;
Recoatable after approx. 16 hours;
The stated drying times are averages and depend on factors such as temperature and relative humidity.
– Gloss level: High gloss
– Theoretical coverage: 13 m²/l

Storage and use
– Storage: Cool and frost-free, without any deterioration in product quality during storage.
– Maximum shelf life: Use within 24 months of the batch number stated on the packaging (digits 1 and 2 = year, digits 3 and 4 = week). Assuming an unopened package.
